  Renters beware, make sure that you have entry/exit condition report with you to have signed off. Do not let this shonky company do an exit inspection without you present or they will sign off on worse condition than it actually is and then try and dud you out of your bond. Other comments on here from other renters ring true as we have had a similar experience. If you are a landlord you are better off to pay more to a more reputable company. Do not believe anything these people say!!!

  SELLERS - run a mile! Our property is listed for private sale on Gumtree and despite stating in it "No real estate agency canvassers - no exceptions," had a call from 'RYAN' (who have later identified to be Ryan O'Connor from this agency) who ignored our repeated statements that we did not require his services and to leave us alone. After we terminated call he sent barrage of sarcastic text messages which can only be assumed were intended to intimidate and harass. No means no. This type of rude, arrogant behaviour is abhorrent and will not be tolerated. The individual refused to divulge his surname, licence number or agency name - which we have since tracked down by his phone number. On advice from a professional agency contact, we will be reporting matter through appropriate regulatory channels. Note, when attempted to report her employees behaviour to the agency's licensee/ director, she stated she was unavailable. This agency's ratings via google and other sites says it all - rude, disrespectful and arrogant are words that have been used over and over again in reviews to describe behaviour at Atlantic. I add to this, 'nasty, shameful and cringe worthy.' Note - to all renters who have left feedback, it's sellers also who experience what you have gone through. This operation is a disgrace to their profession.
