  The technician tells me it's time consuming for them and to try and narrow it down myself, I then have to book it back in again to have it looked at. Whilst waiting 10 minutes for the technician to come out a third time with me, I noticed a technician remove a rear seat out of a White Kia Rio....slide it on to the roof of that car navigating it around the antenna. I then mentioned this to the service staff as I wouldn't be happy if that was my car and I had scratches on the roof (I took a picture of this seat on the roof) They didn't seem overly concerned in there tone. I was concerned as this is the technician that worked on my new car. That is appalling if your car is treated like that. I can't say I'm impressed at all with this service centre.

  Do not under any circumstance use Dinmore Kia for servicing. Issue after issue, where they never seem to be able to do anything without issues arising. Then never accept fault, shrug their shoulders and just act totally flippant. If you want things don't wrong go here.

  My car has a tapping noise. Took it in to the service division after a failed attempt to book it in online. Car was an hour including an update to software. All good to go!! Well I got 20 metres and the noise is still there. It says it was fully Road tested. Comments stated it was a loose cover. Warranty covered. The technician then comes out with me, the noise is there. How could they miss that? Can't narrow down the noise so I have to try different things to tell them what it is even though I clearly stated it was around the rear seats after hours and hours of trying to find it.
