  We purchased a used vehicle and for the most part we had a great experience with Boetccher motors. The salesman and finance lady were helpful and friendly however the gentleman who tried to sell us extra warrenty was horrendous. He put a lot of pressure on us to commit and was very sly in doing so. He blatantly lied to me a couple of times just to get us to purchase and even made a threat that our finance might not be accepted if we didn't purchase. He left a very bad impression and because of this I will never purchase a car from them again or recommend this company to anyone.

  I phoned ian boettcher motors this morning to try and get a quote to service my suzuki alto automatic and after being on hold for ten minutes and speaking to the same receptionist twice while on hold i ended up hanging up ' not very impressed

  I have been getting my tiguan serviced here for about 3 years, and during my last service, I asked for a quote to have a tow ball installed. When I came to pick it up they gave me the quote (over $2k) which I declined. Fortunately, as I found not long after I actually had a tow ball all along, with the appropriate attachment point and accessories in the boot. These mechanics are either blind, negligent, or criminally greedy. I will not be going back.

  Honestly one of the nicest, friendliest and upfront dealerships I've been to. Was looked after by sales person Matt who was an absolute professional and gave us 10/10 customer service and a good laugh. No problem recommending.

  I spoke to Stephen (I think his name is) and was extremely helpful and knew what he was talking about. The service was unbeatable and I will definitely be back!
